Memorial orders may include sensitive family photographs and personal details. Upload only what is reasonably necessary for your order, and use our designated upload method. Do not send highly sensitive identifiers or records unless we specifically request them through an approved secure process. Customer Materials may be accessible to employees, contractors, and production partners who need them to perform the requested service. Public portfolio or promotional use will occur only as described in the Terms of Use and the authorization applicable to your order.

5.Email and Text Communications

Order-related messages are transactional and may be necessary to complete your request. Promotional messages are optional. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP or using another reasonable method stated in the message. We may send one nonmarketing confirmation of a text opt-out.
