"Over years of serving families across the Mid-South, I've been deeply honored to walk alongside them in their grief. With empathy and knowledge, my focus extends beyond simply accomplishing tasks. I strive to help them memorialize their loved ones, ensuring their legacies live on through generations. This work, born from years of industry experience and fueled by a deep-seated passion, is a ministry to me. Guided by faith, I believe we all possess unique gifts, and for Farris Media & Marketing, this is our calling – to serve individuals and families in their time of need, regardless of where they may be."

Doradee "Dee" Farris
Doradee "Mrs. Dee" Farris embodies compassion, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering commitment to her community. Her journey into the death care industry began with a profound passion for helping others. As a Family Service Counselor serving families across the Mid-South, Doradee became more than a guide—she became a source of comfort and strength, transforming her work into a ministry of hope and service.
In 2021, her dedication and desire to create a more significant impact led her to leave her corporate role and enter entrepreneurship. With years of expertise gained from walking families through life's most challenging transitions, Doradee founded Alpha Omega Monuments Etc., LLC—a company dedicated to helping families honor loved ones through meaningful and personalized granite, marble, and bronze memorial designs. But her vision didn't end there. She also established Farris Media and Marketing Management, LLC, and New Life Insurance Group, expanding her reach to meet diverse needs with care and creativity.
Beyond her professional achievements, Doradee is deeply rooted in her family and faith. Married to her devoted husband David Farris for over 36 years, they've built a legacy of love and togetherness. They are proud parents to their two remarkable children, Deneen and David Jr., and she joyfully embraces her role as "BigMomma" to three precious grandchildren. Doradee also welcomes her "bonus" son-in-law, Benjamin, into their family with open arms.
In her local church, Doradee serves diligently as an armor-bearer to her jurisdictional supervisor of women, reflecting her steadfast faith and commitment to uplifting others. She is more than a business owner to her community, friends, and clients—she is a beacon of light, offering services and a genuine sense of care, connection, and purpose.
Doradee's journey is a testament to her belief that every service act stems from her love for people. Whether designing memorials, navigating creative marketing solutions, meeting with families to help share their loved one's legacy in custom obituary programs, or leading others through life's pivotal moments,
Doradee's mission is clear: to inspire, assist, and create lasting legacies.
